Love month is approaching, and we are thrilled to invite you to the launch of Reclaiming Wholeness Through Eco-Sensuality for Black Womxn—a sacred monthly gathering by Whole with Joy and Indigenous Soul Wellness. This space is designed to support your healing and transformation journey.

On February 9th, join us for Winter’s Flow: Love in Stillness, where we will honor the quiet, reflective energy of winter as an opportunity to deepen your self-love, connection with others, and relationship with the Earth.

Winter invites stillness, reflection, and rest. It’s a time to pause, embrace quiet moments, and turn inward. During “Winter’s Flow: Love in Stillness,” we will draw on the grounding energy of the season to help you slow down, rediscover your inner rhythms, and nurture the love that flows within.

This is a space to:

  • Release societal constraints, shame, and trauma that have disconnected you from your true self.

  • Reclaim your sensuality, confidence, and power to navigate life and relationships with clarity and joy.

  • Reconnect with the Earth, remembering you are part of its sacred rhythms and cycles.

Why Eco-Sensuality?

For centuries, Black womxn have experienced disconnection from their ability to fully embody sensuality, connection, and joy. Historical forces have disrupted our relationship with the land, our bodies, and the ancestral wisdom that once guided and sustained us.

Eco-Sensuality offers a pathway back to yourself. By reconnecting with the Earth, your body, and life’s sacred rhythms, you can rediscover the wild, ancient wisdom within you and reclaim the fullness of your freedom and power.

What to Expect:

  • Somatic Practices: Yoga,  breathwork, and sensual embodiment to release trauma and invite pleasure.

  • Nature-Based Rituals: Earth-centered practices and wilderness skills to align with natural cycles and deepen your connection to the land.

  • Sensual Movement: Flowing, intuitive body movement to awaken joy and liberation.

  • Trauma-Conscious Guidance: Nervous-system-centered practices to create safety and support healing.

  • Community Connection: A nurturing circle of Black womxn committed to uplifting and empowering one another.

What You Will Receive:

  • Transformative Practices: Integrating sensuality, somatics, and eco-therapy to nurture healing and well-being.

  • Ritual and Mindfulness: Sacred practices to honor your journey and reconnect with your body and the Earth.

  • New Pathways to Joy: Explore pleasure, sensation, and vitality in a supportive, intentional space.

  • Community and Connection: Build meaningful relationships rooted in respect, truth, and care.

  • Embodied Healing: Tools to reclaim pleasure as your own and free it from harmful narratives.
