Let it Flow & Live.

Your thoughts drift like whispers, here for a moment, then gone.
Your emotions rise and fall like waves, fleeting yet profound.

Not every relationship is meant to last forever;
some are lessons, some are mirrors,
and some are simply passing winds.

You are no longer who you once were.
The person of yesterday has been shaped by time,
and today, you stand transformed.

Look closely:
The lines on your face, the strength in your body,
the scars that tell stories—
all are proof of life's ever-changing rhythm.

Today is new, untouched, and waiting to unfold.
And one day, all of this will fade into memory.

The tighter you cling to the impermanent,
the more suffering you will carry.
But when you release your grasp,
you’ll discover the freedom to live fully.

Cultivate the practice of letting go—
unlearning the need to hold, to control, to resist.
Anchor yourself in the present moment,
where joy and peace await.

As the Dalai Lama reminds us,
“Awareness of impermanence and appreciation of our human potential
will give us a sense of urgency to use every precious moment.”

Life is not static; it flows, it evolves, it moves.
Let it flow through you—
and truly live.
